Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain. Cook bacon in a cast-iron skillet, until crisp, about 10 minutes. Let cool and then crumble. Add potatoes to skillet, lightly smashing them using the back of a spoon or fork. Cook until just brown, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Crumble bacon into skillet. Roll out pizza dough to be about ¼ inch thickness. Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the dough and place on grill on high heat. Checking every 30 seconds or so, grill until grill marks appear and then flip. Place the dough on a part of the grill that does not have direct heat. Crack three eggs on the dough and cover for 2-3 minutes. Once eggs are set, sprinkle cheese, bacon, salt, pepper, and whatever other toppings you’d like on pizza. Let cool, cut, and enjoy!
